Zomaargasten, Jeannette Welp, Bint and World Café

REQUEST

MEE Rotterdam Rijnmond wants an interactive day for its employees, where connection between participants is paramount and methodical action within MEE is loaded by participants themselves. Novella – theworldcafe.nl develops the program together with the working group.

EXECUTION

The day starts with a plenary session with Zomaargasten, where several employees are interviewed. Jeannette Welp provides a connection with her interactive keynote. Theater group Bint makes situations discussable in her session. In the World Café, participants enter into a dialogue with each other.

THEMES

During three rounds of 18 minutes of World Café, participants pass each of the three types of theme tables: Self-direction, Participation and Methodical action. Help questions on the table, but certainly also the hosts help get the conversation going. The hosts work out the sheets later using a template.
