The World Cafe Experience sets organizations in motion
Since 2007 we have organized the World Cafe for many organizations. Over the years the methodology has been strengthened in order to realize even more results from the dialogues.
Collaboration, learning from each other and change are often recurring themes. The World Cafe provides a strong platform to actually get connected.
Here you will find a wide range of World Cafes that we have held for municipalities, organizations in the field of education, health care services, financial and IT organizations. Of course we have also held our World Cafés in other fields of expertise.
For Lung Cancer Netherlands, Novella - World Café is developing an invitational conference together with Erasmus MC and Radboudumc on the Population Research to be realized. Participants will investigate in dialogue what the next steps could be.
Two years after the start of the Euregional project ‘euPrevent Social Norms Approach’ (SNA), we will look back at the results achieved during the online Final Conference. And professionals will search together for even more practical applications of SNA.

Verint’s three-day EMEA Sales Kick-off in London is all about Customers First. In a World Cafe more than 200 participants investigate how they can be of even better service to t heir customers.
Based on the theme Client Centricity, we developed and organized an international meeting for the leaders of BESIX. The program is in line with the running development program and aims to enable the participants to come up with new ideas.
The theme of a two-day conference held by the NHTV, with international speakers, was Cities in transition, held in a World Cafe setting. Dialogue and learning from each other are paramount. The program is developed by Novella, in close co-creation with NHTV.
The theme of the 23rd Anniversary conference of the Rotterdam Dental Association was: “Anders kijken – geest verrijken”. The basis of this conference was the interaction between dentist and patient.
The theme of the inspiration session for the Municipality of Opsterland was: “Anders kijken, gekanteld werkend!”. During this session all employees engaged in a dialogue about “de Kreft van de Mienskip”.
Since 2018 the Municipalities of Duiven and Westervoort have been merged into one official organization: 1Stroom. During the employees meeting we will hold a “Good at Conversation” session to continue building the new organization duilding on forming one culture.
